Feefo is a review platform that focuses on feedback from real customers who have bought from you. Businesses that sell to customers in the UK and Europe often use it alongside Google and Trustpilot. If you have a Feefo account, a Feefo NFC card gives customers a faster way to reach your page.
Who should get a Feefo card
- Businesses already using Feefo for their reviews.
- Exporters and online sellers who sell to customers abroad and want that audience to find their reviews.
- Retail stores and service companies that already send Feefo review invitations and want an in-person option.
If you do not use Feefo, a Google review card is usually the better first choice for local customers.
How it works
We program a link to your Feefo page on the chip. When someone taps the card, that page opens on their phone. Send us the link that you want customers to see, for example your public review page, and we will test it before we ship the card.
Where to use it
- In parcels and delivery boxes, next to the invoice.
- At the pickup counter or showroom.
- With after-sales visits, such as installation or repair.
- On order confirmations and printed receipts.
- At trade shows, where customers can check your reviews on the spot.
Feefo, Trustpilot and Google: how they differ
- Google reviews help local customers find you on Maps and Search.
- Trustpilot reviews are visible to online shoppers and often appear in search results for your brand.
- Feefo reviews focus on verified purchases, and are used by some retailers in their marketing.
Many businesses use more than one. Read our guide to Trustpilot cards for online stores for a comparison.
Follow the platform’s rules
Each review platform has its own rules. In general, invite all customers, do not offer rewards for reviews, and do not write reviews yourself. Check Feefo’s current guidelines for your account.
Order
Each card holds one link. If you run several brands, order one card per brand. Review products are sold wholesale with a minimum order per product (100 for cards, 25 for standees, plates and coins): see wholesale pricing.
Common questions
Do I need a Feefo account first?
Yes. The card only opens a link, so you need a Feefo page to point it at.
Can the card replace Feefo’s review invitations?
No. It adds an in-person option next to the invitations Feefo sends, and both can run together.
Is one card enough for several shops?
Each card holds one link. If your branches share one Feefo page, the same card works for all of them.
