Broadcast channels and group chats are a powerful way to reach customers without paying for ads. But people only join if joining is easy. The Telegram NFC card and the Viber NFC card make joining a one-tap step.
Telegram: channels and groups
Telegram lets you run:
- a channel, where you post and followers read (good for offers, news and updates),
- a group, where members chat with each other (good for communities and classes).
The card holds your channel or group invite link, for example t.me/yourchannel. A customer taps the card, Telegram opens, and they can join.
Who uses it:
- deal and discount sellers who post offers,
- academies and tutors who share class updates and materials,
- clubs and communities,
- news and update channels.
Tip: if your group is private, create a permanent invite link in Telegram’s group settings, and send us that link.
Viber: chats and communities
Viber is still popular for international calls and messaging, especially with families and clients abroad. The Viber card can open a chat with your number or a Viber community link.
Who uses it:
- travel and visa consultants with overseas clients,
- businesses that serve customers who prefer Viber,
- community and group admins.
Send us your Viber number in international format, for example +92 300 1234567, or your community link.
Which one to choose
- Are your customers on Telegram? They are usually younger, tech-friendly, and happy to join channels.
- Are your customers on Viber? They are often family customers or overseas clients.
- Not sure? Ask your best ten customers which app they use most.
Give people a reason to join
“Join our Telegram” is weak. “Join for daily deals” or “Get the class notes here” gives a reason. Print it next to the card.
