If you sell online, especially to customers abroad, buyers often search for your name plus “reviews” before they order. Trustpilot is one of the first places they look. A Trustpilot NFC card makes it easy for real customers to review you at the moment they open the parcel.
The problem it solves
Trustpilot usually asks customers to review through an email invitation a few days after purchase. Many of those emails go unread. A card inside the parcel reaches the customer while they are holding your product and feeling pleased with the unboxing.
How it works
We program your Trustpilot review page link on the chip. When a customer taps the card, Trustpilot opens on your review page. They can rate you and write a short comment.
Where to put it
- Inside every parcel, on top of the product where the customer sees it first.
- At your pickup counter, for local customers who collect orders.
- In the invoice envelope or bag.
- At events and exhibition stalls, where customers can review a purchase on the spot.
Follow Trustpilot’s guidelines
Trustpilot expects businesses to ask for reviews honestly. In practice:
- Invite all customers, not only the ones you think are happy.
- Do not offer discounts, gifts or other rewards in exchange for reviews.
- Do not write reviews for your own business or ask friends and staff to post them.
Breaking these rules can get reviews removed and your profile flagged.
Which link to use
Send us your Trustpilot business page or review link. It is usually in the form of trustpilot.com/evaluate/yourdomain.com. Open it yourself first to confirm it shows your business.
Reply to every review
Thank people for good reviews. For bad reviews, reply politely, explain what you will do to fix things, and take the conversation offline. New customers notice how you respond.
Google matters too
Local customers often check Google first. A Google review card in the same parcel covers both. For more ideas, see how to get more Google reviews.
Ordering for your stock
Online stores usually need many cards. Review products are sold wholesale with a minimum order per product (100 for cards, 25 for standees, plates and coins): see wholesale pricing.
Common questions
Do customers need a Trustpilot account?
They need to sign in or create an account to post a review, which the page guides them through.
Can I get a card for each of my brands?
Yes. Order one card per Trustpilot page.
Will the card change my Trustpilot rating?
No. It only makes reviewing easier. Your rating depends on your customers’ experience.
