How to Find Your Google Review Link (Step by Step)

Your Google review link is a short web address that opens the “rate and review” form for your business. Customers who tap it skip the searching and land right on the stars. It is the link we program on a Google review NFC card.

Before you start

You need to be signed in to the Google account that owns or manages your Business Profile. If you are not sure which account that is, check with whoever set up your listing.

On a computer

  1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your business.
  2. Search Google for your exact business name, or search “my business”.
  3. Your Business Profile tools appear above the search results.
  4. Click Ask for reviews (on some profiles it says Get more reviews).
  5. Copy the link that appears.

On a phone

  1. Open the Google Maps app, signed in with the account that manages your business.
  2. Open your business profile.
  3. Look for Ask for reviews or Get more reviews.
  4. Tap Share or Copy to copy the link.

The link usually looks like g.page/r/ followed by a code and /review.

Test your link

Open the link in a private or incognito browser window, or send it to a friend. It should open your business with the review stars ready. If it opens a different branch or just your map listing, you copied the wrong link.

Common mistakes

  • Copying the map link instead of the review link. A normal Maps link shows your listing, but customers still have to find the review button.
  • Using the wrong branch. Every location has its own profile and its own review link.
  • Using a personal account. If you are not a manager of the profile, you will not see the review link option.

Where to use your link

  • Program it on a review card, standee or review coin for your counter.
  • Send it on WhatsApp after a delivery or appointment.
  • Add it to your receipts, invoices and email signature.

Got your link? Paste it in the “Your link” box when you order, or send it to us on WhatsApp and we will check it before programming.
